SoCal Community Homes LLC is a veteran-owned business formed in California to provide affordable housing to people who need it most. We saw a gap across San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego Counties: quality, affordable, supportive shared housing for veterans, seniors, expecting mothers, and individuals working to rebuild their lives — housing that is modern, warm, safe, dignified, and genuinely affordable.
Our name reflects our approach — It Takes a Village. We don't just provide a room; we connect residents with the community resources, structure, and support they need to move forward with confidence.
Mission & Values
SoCal Community Homes exists to provide safe, stable, and judgment-free housing for individuals and families facing barriers to securing a home, including seniors, veterans, reentry residents, adults navigating mental health challenges, youth transitioning out of foster care, and pregnant or postpartum women in need of housing stability. Through affordable, professionally managed shared housing and strong community partnerships, we create pathways to dignity, stability, healing, and a stronger future.

Our Approach
SoCal Community Homes LLC is a legally registered California limited liability company committed to providing affordable housing as its core purpose. We work hand-in-hand with local case managers, discharge planners, reentry coordinators, and community organizations to make sure every resident has a genuine path forward.
Our Partner
SoCal Community Homes is proud to partner with ELLA (Energy is Life Local Advocacy), a nonprofit organization whose mission is rooted in the belief that every individual and family deserves to thrive. ELLA serves Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties as a Medi-Cal contracted provider delivering perinatal care, behavioral health, and community support services — and refers clients into our housing programs, including our new maternity housing program in the High Desert.
